Flower Nest

Hello,

I hoped you all had a lovely Easter weekend :-) I have created another Spring inspired card for
Where Ideas Bloom using just the top of the Flowers and Bird bookmark colored it with copics and of course I had to add Sequins. I placed flowers from my stash under the birdie like she's sitting in a nest filled with flowers.

Thanks for visiting today :-)

Thank You

Good morning :-)

I would like to share a Spring inspired card with you today for Where Ideas Bloom. I used these adorable Flower Pots MDF wood pieces (coming to store soon) and colored them using my copics alcohol markers and Pink Flower Flat Sequins. I took a plain white card stock for my base and decorated it with washi tapes from my stash and let the flower pots took center stage on a spellbinders die cut.

Thank you so much for visiting :-)

Easter is coming...

Good morning :-)
Here to share my project for Where Ideas Bloom
So by now everyone heard the news that "Easter is coming" lol... yes I love Easter and Spring.
So I have created a quick 4x4 card in celebration using the cute MDF Bunny Rabbit Silohuette
(I color in the ears and drew in the facial features),

Thanks for stopping by :-)

Believe, Love, Dream Mini - February Kit WIB

Good morning :-)

It's Wednesday! Which is my turn at Where Ideas Bloom to inspire you (hopefully) lol... I have used a couple pieces of items from the February Kit and I thought this adorable little girl was perfect for my mini album cover. I colored her with copics, which is quite easy to do on the MDF wood pieces. I was going for a Spring feel and I thought her holding the flowers work out perfectly! Also, I used the tassel to accent my binder ring. So you see, the kit is versatile :-)

Thank you for visiting :-)

2016 Wood Frame

Good morning crafty peeps :-)

I am here to share my project for Where Ideas Bloom. I have altered the awesome January Kit "2016" wood frame that has a small circle in the number "1" to put a small photo of that special event or moment. I first gesso it and use a metallic Gold paint using a sponge dauber... then I gave the illusion of the gradient effect of the gold paint trailing off into the white space. I also used bling from the kit to embellish further.

Thanks for visiting me today :-)
